Korea's Asiana Airlines and Korean Air ranked the world's 4th and 9th best airlines respectively‚ according to a U.S. website Business Insider.
The categories used for evaluation included in-flight experience‚ timely departure and arrival with an overall focus on the flying experience.
This included seat comfort‚ in-flight entertainment‚ cabin cleanliness‚ quality of meals‚ service and more.
Asiana came in at number four out of dozens of global carriers in the survey.
In 2012‚ it was named the Best Overall airline in the world by Business Traveler.
Meanwhile Korean Air came in at 9th place marking consistently high scores in the sub-categories.
