This spring‚ Korea welcomed a special exhibition that fully displays the Czech Republic's charm.
This is the Czech Info Center.
The "Czech Press Photo Exhibition‚" an opportunity to better understand Czech journalism‚ is filled with dynamic press photos taken all over the world. It is an educational experience for all visitors‚ especially students studying journalism.
Ambassador Jaroslav Olsa personally introduced the exhibition to visitors.

The pieces are comprised of photos chosen by the ambassador himself from the winning photos of the original exhibition held in the Czech Republic

The Czech Republic‚ although it is a very small country in Central Europe‚ is very interested in the whole world. We can see here many photos from places like Laos‚ Sudan‚ South America‚ Central Asia‚ and Europe as well."
People can experience the cultures of Europe and Africa as well.
And photos taken in North Korea are the highlight of the exhibition.

Embassy of the Czech Republic in South Korea] "It is the most important exhibition and competition of photographs in Central Europe. It now has a 60-year history‚ and now and three or four thousand photographs are taken every year. It is an international jury that selects the best reportage photographs from that year."

On the first day of the two-month exhibition‚ members of the Seoul Diplomatic Corps attended the event and congratulated the Czech ambassador.
