The weather's getting stuffier and stickier and more people here in Korea are heading outside at night to enjoy a cooler summer with their families and friends.
And to help people take advantage of their evenings to the fullest various open-air music performances have been staged all for free!
And to take us to these fun music nights reporter Lee Ji-yoon joins us now in the studio.
Hello Ji-yoon.
[Reporter : ] Good to see you two.
And yes‚ these past couple of days has been quite "jazzy" for me as I got the chance to visit one of Seoul's biggest jazz festivals over the weekend as well as the Starry Night festival in the heart of the Korean capital.
Here‚ some of the finest jazz musicians got together to help people forget about the hot weather for awhile to enjoy their cool and romantic jazz music for free.
Outdoor stages have been set up here and there across Seoul welcoming passersby to stop and enjoy jazz music as the cool summer breeze filled the air.
With temperatures going up more and more people are heading outside at night to enjoy the cool breeze.
And for those out for a stroll and looking for something to do concert halls have been brought outdoors for people of all ages to enjoy.
A bevy of art performances are lined up in the coming weeks to bring music and art closer to the people this summer.
Recently a three-day International Jazz festival opened at Seoul's Dream Forest.
Here‚ jazz musicians from all over the world including famous domestic artists came together to jazz things up a bit.

Seoul International Jazz Festival 2010] "We decided to hold this year's jazz festival in hopes of helping visitors relieve their stress piled up from the week through music and good times with their loved ones. I hope tonight's jazz music will put many smiles on people's faces."
The festival began with an opening performance by a group called 'White Day‚' who performed various tunes to excite the crowd.
Soon‚ the audience grew in size as the romantic melody vibrated throughout the park.
Peter Charlie is a visitor from England.
He says it's not very often that Seoul provides live jazz performances outdoors.

England] "We came to look at the park and we were walking around the park and we heard music. So we came looking for the stage and we found the stage and we heard the jazz music. You know it's not very often in Seoul you hear about jazz festivals so we thought we should check it out and it's pretty good."
Nana Quartet from the United States brought out more cheers from jazz fans‚ as the vocalist sang her heart out with the band strumming their instruments to the beat.
[Reporter : Lee Ji-yoon‚ jiyoonjlee@arirang.co.kr] "Hundreds of people are here to enjoy a collective featuring some of the finest jazz musicians.
A number of these music fiestas are occurring all over the city this month just in time to help visitors cool off a bit and enjoy a romantic night out with their family and friends."
Another local visitor says she is glad to have come with her family and that such a performance is priceless considering that visitors can enjoy both good music and a cool summer breeze.

Korea] "I really enjoy music of all genres‚ but we live in an area where it's hard to come in contact with these kinds of events so I'm glad that they're holding a jazz festival like this. I love the festive mood and I'm happy to be here with my family."
Then a renowned jazz vocalist from France‚ Florence Davis‚ got into a full swing with her exquisite singing.
As much as the audience was loving a free night of quality music performers were also glad to have taken part in the concert.
