Another major health threat has broken out on the continent -- THIS TIME in the form of a deadly plague.
The World Health Organization says the bacterial disease has killed at least 40 people out of nearly 120 confirmed cases since last August‚ including two in the capital city.
The Prime Minister of Madagascar said they're launching measures to prevent further infections.
