A bomb attack in the Moroccan city of Marrakesh has killed fourteen people and injured more than 20 others.
The blast took place just before noon on Thursday‚ at a cafe in Djemaa el-Fna square‚ a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the country's major tourist attractions.
Local authorities say that only 3 of the victims were Moroccans‚ while the 11 others were foreign nationals‚ including 6 from France and 1 from Britain.
Among the 23 people who were wounded‚ 18 were foreigners.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the blast‚ but they suspect that it was carried out by a suicide bomber.
No terrorist group has claimed responsibility for the bombing yet.
The attack was the country's deadliest since 2003‚ when a series of explosions killed 33 civilians and 12 terrorists in Casablanca.
