On Tuesday‚ Seoul starts off at 16 degrees‚ with a high of 28. Daegu jumps to 33‚ and Busan reaches 26.
Moving on to other places. Jeju and Mt. Kumgang peak in the high-twenties. Dokdo tops out at 21.
