A Latin American expert relayed how the leaders from Brazil‚ Mexico and Argentina experienced the G20 Seoul Summit last week.
Argentinian columnist Andres Oppenheimer wrote on Argentina's daily on Tuesday local time that Korea's passion for education was the factor behind the nation's fast economic growth.
He said Korea has maintained a consistency in its economic policies while at the same time aiming for export-driven growth which encouraged multinational companies like Samsung and Hyundai Motor to grow.
He emphasized that Korea has a system to train highly-skilled teachers and that Korean students study for a much longer period than those in the Latin American countries.
