The so-called red pollution alert. High level of toxic smog will likely to remain in effect for at least 3 more days. As for those in Korea‚ keep in mind that the toxic smog will indirectly affect the peninsula due to winds from the northwest. But other than that‚ the whole nation will continue to have mild winter conditions under bright skies‚ and both lows and highs will be above the seasonal averages. So‚ first let's check on tomorrow's lows Seoul kicks off at -1‚ Daejeon will get up to -2‚ while Busan and Jeju Island will wake up to a low of 7. Double digits are expected for most parts but 9 for Seoul‚ 12 in Daegu and Gwangju‚ while Busan gets up to 15. The weather outlook for this week looks pretty nice‚ with the mercury to remain above the norms under a fair amount of sunshine‚ while some precipitation is in the forecast for the latter half of the week.
