Saponin found in white asparagus was reported in academic circles as being anticarcinogenic‚ meaning it is effective for curing and preventing cancer.
The invention of the method enables growth of the white asparagus possible in the nation.
Once a recipe is developed and a sales network is established‚ it is expected to elevate the incomes of local farmers.
