Egyptians will head to the polls in two months time for the first parliamentary elections since the public uprising that ousted dictator Hosni Mubarak in February.
Local media reports that three phases of voting for the lower house will begin on November 21st until January 3rd of next year‚ soon to be followed by the upper house elections from January 22nd to March 4th.
And while the leaders from the ruling military supreme council and political parties are expected to discuss preparations for the elections‚ reports say the council will announce the final dates on September 26th.
Details on the presidential election‚ however‚ have not been decided yet.
