Meanwhile‚ international rescue teams are rushing to Japan to help the country out.
Japan's foreign ministry says that it has received offers of help from 69 countries‚ including South Korea and the US.
Seoul has sent a 1-hundred-2 member rescue and relief team to Japan this Monday morning and the South Korean government is in talks with Tokyo about delivering food‚ water and fuel aid.
A 144-member rescue team of the US Agency for International Development has arrived in Misawa‚ northern Japan to join inland operations.
Meanwhile‚ Japan has mobilized 100-thousand soldiers to deliver aid to survivors‚ and pull bodies from buildings and damaged homes.
The United Nations says some 590-thousand people have been evacuated over the past three days in Japan.
