The CEO of Apple‚ Steve Jobs‚ has returned to the limelight after a bout of illnessby showing up at the iPad2 launching event in California.
Jobs took the stage in his trademark blue jeans and a turtleneck shirt at the event Wednesday to introduce the next generation of iPad‚ saying he didn't want to miss the day.
His appearance came as a surprise to many as he had taken indefinite leave on January 17th prompting concerns and rumors that his health had taken a turn for the worst.
Meanwhile‚ Apple says iPad2‚ which is thinner‚ lighter and faster than the previous model‚ will be on the market from March 11th in the United States.
