Reports say that Apple founder and CEO Steve Jobs may only have "weeks to live" as he fights pancreatic cancer.
US tabloid the National Enquirer has published photos of Jobs looking extremely thin and frail‚ saying his weight has dropped from 79 kilograms before he was diagnosed with cancer to about 59 kilograms now.
Jobs went on leave from Apple last month to focus more on his health.
The Enquirer cited two physicians who said‚ based on the photos‚ that Jobs appears to be in the terminal stages of cancer‚ with one estimating that he had six weeks to live.
Jobs has been battling a rare form of pancreatic cancer since 2004‚ and the Enquirer reports that patients with pancreatic cancer of any kind rarely live longer than five years.
