And a good Wednesday morning to you all. Now a lot of Korean football fans have been frustrated since Manager Hong Myung-bo took over the national team mostly because the team hasn't been able to score. But with the former national team captain releasing his roster for the September friendlies against Haiti and Croatia all that might change.
Some of the more notable mentions include Koo Ja-cheol of Wolfsburg and Ji Dong-won of Sunderland. Lee Geun-ho‚ despite not playing well for the national team‚ gets another call for September while Kim Bo-kyung‚ the star of Cardiff City gets the nod including Son Heung-min and the 'Blue Dragon' Lee Chung-yong. Meanwhile over on the defense‚ QPR's Yoon Seok-young gets the nod while two names many expected are not included. This of course‚ Ki Sung-yueng of Swansea and Park Chu-young of Arsenal. While many speculate that Ki was taken off due to the SNS controversy Park Chu-young just hasn't been playing at all.
And speaking of Ki Sung-yueng‚ who like I mentioned plays for Swansea hasn't been getting any playing time in the new season in the EPL. And many speculate that‚ this is going to lead to him moving to another team soon.
The 24-year-old midfielder has been vocal about his desire to leave the team‚ since being pushed out of his role as the central midfielder. And since then he's seen most of time on the bench as he continues to seek a move out of the team. Sources say that Sunderland has approached the team for a one year loan which is a possibility. But despite all that‚ all he wants is a team where he can have a full-time role.
Well‚ the KBO was back in action on Tuesday night‚ as the SK Wyvnerns were able to shut out the Hanwha Eagles 3-0. Meanwhile‚ another big series between the LG Twins and the Nexen Heroes‚ where Nexen beat the LG Twins 1-0 in a fierce battle in Seoul. So with that said‚ let's take a look at the other two games that took place starting off with the Samsung Lions‚ taking on the NC Dinos.

2nd inning Kang Min-ho flies out to left a sac fly scores the first run of the game and it's 1-0 Lotte.
4th inning Na Ji-wan at bat a double steal

7th inning here's Cho Sung-hwan sac fly to right field gives Lotte the 2-1 lead.

Shifting to the 9th here's Park Jun-seo this time
Sends one to right Gone A 2-run shot as Lotte takes a 4-2 lead.
