A court in Taiwan has detained three developers of a building that collapsed in a fatal earthquake on Saturday. The Tainan District Court said it found the building was not designed by the signatured designer and the developers are suspected of violating the law by applying for construction with the actual designer's license and name. They're being held without bail on suspicion of negligent homicide.
