[명산ㆍ계곡] 모악산((Mt. )Moaksan) 작성자 안규승  작성일 1999-01-07 조회수 6689 전화번호 촬영일 촬영지 모악산 촬영자 키워드 카테고리 명산ㆍ계곡 내용보기 모악산은 노령산맥 북부에 나지막하게 솟은 해발 793m의 산으로 전라북도 김제시‚ 금산군‚ 완주군에 걸쳐있고 만경강‚ 동진강‚ 섬진강의 원류를 이룬다. 금산사를 비롯하여 대원사‚ 수옥사‚ 심원암 등 사찰이 자리하며 주변에는 잘 보존된 숲이 아름답다. 1971년에 도립공원으로 지정되어 도시민의 휴양처로 많이 이용되고 있다. 동쪽 산록에는 전라북도 산림환경연구소의 시험림이 있어 리기테다소무‚ 현사시 등이 조림되어 있다. (Mt. ) Moaksan with the elevation of 793m is a gently sloped mountain at the northern part of (Mt. )Noryeongsan range‚ extending in Gimje-si‚ Geumsan-gun‚ and Wanju-gun in the Jeollabuk-do. The streams started from fountainheads in the mountain drains into Mankyung‚ Tongjin‚ and Seomjingang(river). There are many temples including Geumsansa(temple)‚ Taewonsa(temple)‚ Suoksa(temple)‚ and Shimwonamsa(temple)‚ and round them well preserved forests are very beautiful. In 1971 the mountain was esignated as a provincial park and attracts the large number of visitors from cities and local communities around it. At the eastside bottom of the ountain‚ there is experimental forest of the Forest Environment Institute under the authority of Chonbuk Provincial goverment‚ where species of Rigitaeda pine were planted extensively. 첨부파일 221.jpg [0 byte]
