[명산ㆍ계곡] 영취산((Mt.)Yeongchwisan) 작성자 안규승  작성일 1999-01-07 조회수 4904 전화번호 촬영일 촬영지 영취산 촬영자 키워드 카테고리 명산ㆍ계곡 내용보기 영취산은 태백산맥의 남단에 위치한 해발 1‚058m의 완만한 산으로 경상남도 양산시 하북면과 울주군 상북면‚ 삼남면에 걸쳐 있다. 산 입구에는 우리나라 3보사찰의 하나인 통도사가 자리잡고 그 주변에는 노송으로 밀림을 이룬다. 중복부에는 개서나무‚ 느티나무‚ 갈참나무 등이 자라며 절벽이 있는 정상부에는 억새가 군락을 이루고 있다. 신라 선덕여왕때 자장율사가 창건한 통도사에는 석가여래의 진신사리를 모신 금강계단 등 국보와 보물이 있다. (Mt. )Yeongchwisan with the elevation of 1‚058m is a gradually sloped mountain sitting at the southern tip of (Mt. )Taebaeksan range and extending into Habu-myeon‚ Yangsan-si and Sangbuk-myeon and Samnam-myeon‚ Ulju-gun in the Gyeongsangnam-do . At the foot of the mountain‚ Tongdosa(temple)‚ one of the only three Treasured Temples in Korea‚ is located and numbers of old pine trees make the dense forests around the temple. Around the midslope area Carpinus axiflora‚ Zelkova‚ and Oriental white oak are abundant and there are communities of Eulalia around the summit area with steep cliffs. The Tongdosa(temple) was established by the great monk Jajangyulsa(temple) during the reign of Queen Sunduk of Shilla Dynasty and keeps many National Treasures and Mounments including Kumgangstairs that contains the relics of Buddha. 첨부파일 093.jpg [0 byte]
