North Korea's top nuclear negotiator Ri Yong-ho has reiterated Pyeongyang's willingness to unconditionally return to the six-party nuclear roundtable.

However‚ Seoul has announced that it will demand a set of pre-engagement actions from Pyeongyang this week‚ including a suspension of the North's uranium enrichment program and allowing international inspectors back into its nuclear facilities.
Meanwhile‚ Ri revealed that the North has recently suggested to Washington a followup meeting to the one held in New York in July.
