To put on a perfect performance‚ Professor Yun Mi-ra is checking even the smallest details such as lighting.

] "It's a dazzling performance because it embodies a beautiful flower that shows the five traditional colors of Korea. Its focus is more on the formation of the group dance‚
rather than on the individual strengths of the dancers."
This year marks the 8th anniversary of the competition.
217 dancers from 15 countries advanced to the finals‚
competing in three categories: ballet‚ contemporary dance‚ and ethnic dance.
The judges all fell in love with the allure of traditional Korean dance.

The closing ceremony finally begins.
Countless numbers of people pour into the performance hall‚
proving the global renown that the Seoul International Dance Competition has come to enjoy.

But the high expectations of the audience pales in comparison to the excitement of the dancers themselves.

is the encore performances staged by the winners of the competition.
