Korea's Financial Services Commission filed a complaint with prosecutors on Wednesday against five employees of Deutsche Bank and its local brokerage unit over market manipulation.
The financial authority also suspended part of Deutsche Securities Korea's trading activity for six months starting in April.

Deutsche Bank called the referral of its unit to prosecutors very regrettable but said it will cooperate with the Korean authorities.
