More specifically‚ it plans to come up with a database that will help link 900-thousand job seekers and 60-thousand small- and mid-sized companies.
Another focal point would be improving labor-management relations in the country.
While sticking to law and order when it comes to illegal disruption of business operations and strikes‚ the ministry says it will try to establish a productive labor-management structure that is highly performance-based.
Job creation was also a pressing task at hand for the Ministry of Gender Equality.
The ministry plans to give women more opportunities to have their own career by building more career centers for women and introducing women who stopped working because of domestic responsibilities to new jobs.
