Prime Minister Han Seung-soo urged industrial collaboration between Korea and Germany at the Hannover Messe trade fair Sunday.
In his speech at one of the world's largest fairs for industrial technologies the prime minister said that combining Korea's Internet technology with Germany's mechanical engineering know-how would bring a significant effect.
Han especially highlighted Korea's interest in learning about Germany's advanced green industry while explaining the Lee Myung-bak administration's green growth initiative.

Prime Minister Han also spent time introducing some Korean companies at the trade fair under the slogan of "Make It Work."
More than 6-thousand companies are taking part in the Hannover Messe from over 60 countries and Korea is presenting itself as the only partner country of the show with its focus on IT‚ robotics‚ automobiles and shipbuilding.

During his stay in Europe this week Prime Minister Han will also visit the Czech Republic‚ Slovakia and the Netherlands to discuss bilateral cooperation.
