Libyan rebels closed in on‚ one of Moammar Gadhafi's last remaining strongholds‚ Bani Walid‚ on Sunday‚ after their talks with Gadhafi loyalists failed to reach an agreement.

Senior rebel official‚ Mahmoud Abdel-Aziz said‚ he had met with a delegation of tribal elders from the city on Saturday‚ who said they are not willing to give up.
Meanwhile‚ BBC reports that the Libyan National Transitional Council is stepping up its efforts at reconstruction‚ and will be moving from Benghazi to Tripoli sometime next week.
