It has been a long time coming for Djibril Bodian‚ since he failed to win the honors the first two times he took part in the competition judged by the French Professional Bakers' Organization.
It was only a matter of time until he won the 4000 Euro prize money and the rights to supply bread to French President Nicolas Sarkozy‚ as he takes his craft seriously.
