If the recent yellow dust storm has irritated your lungs you may want to try salt therapy.
The treatment was first discovered over 100 years ago in the salt caves of Poland.
There doctors noticed that miners with lung problems were able to breathe easier because of the salt.
Now an Israeli company has created a spa version based on the phenomena.
Advocates say that salt chamber therapy can provide relief for respiratory ailments such as asthma allergies or even chronic ear infections.
They claim that the salt particles in the air help the lungs clear out harmful deposits.
In the salt chamber salt bricks imported from the Ukraine. each weighing hundreds of pounds absorb humidity in the air.
In the process the salt breaks down and turns into a vapor that can travel deep into one's lungs.
The treatment has been popular for decades in Russia and Eastern Europe.
But even though it's a non-invasive treatment some doctors warn that the research behind the treatment has not been consistent.
Nevertheless the company hopes to expand into the American market and conduct clinical trials in the future.
In Colombia professors and students of design have created environmental traffic signs that warn citizens of harmful carbon dioxide levels.
Organizers of the project hope to raise public awareness of environmental pollutants in everyday life.
The signs allow citizens to monitor their own urban ecosystem and also display data on atmospheric pressure wind velocity and noise.
Students in the project want the public to directly see their impact on pollution levels and to help people understand climate change.
The project is the first of its kind and the group hopes to expand the use of the eco-signs to other countries around the world.
If you've ever wanted to buy your own village in England here's your chance.
For 22.5 million pounds or approximately $31.4 million dollars you can become the new owner of 2000 acres in the UK's Hampshire County complete with 22 houses and cottages a cricket club and shops.
The village is being sold by a trust in the name of the late philanthropist and racing icon Herbert Blagrave who died with no heir.
His estate trustees are following orders to use his money to help children with illnesses the elderly and injured jockeys.
The sale of the village is a move to free up some capital for those projects and estate agents say it's a sound investment for whoever would like to buy it.
The only item not for sale is the 12th Century St. Peter's Church.
Officials from the trust said they wanted to keep the community intact so they are selling the property in its entirety.
The village was previously purchased in 1964 for 540‚000 pounds.
Village residents say it would be nice if the new owner decided to live with them.
