And moving on to yesterday's Major League action where L.A. Dodgers' lefty Ryu Hyun-jin went after his 13th win of the season. But the bigger news was the fact that he was going up against a rival for the NL Rookie of the Year honors: Jose Fernandez of the Miami Marlins.
With the L.A. Dodgers taking on the Miami Marlins at Miami it looked to be a pitchers duel until the 3rd inning when Ryu gives up 2 runs in the inning as the Dodgers trail early on. But the Dodgers comes back to tie it up in the 6th before Ryu Hyun-jin gives up the 3rd run of the game as the Marlins cruised through after that.
