A cold continental high-pressure system will keep us dry once again for the most of the country on Wednesday with occasional clouds from time to time.
The only exceptions are the west coasts of the Jeolla provinces with a good chance for some more snow later at night‚ as well as some flurries for Seoul and surrounding Gyeonggi Province during dawn.
So early commuters drive safely due to slippery road conditions.
Here are your Wednesday highs and we have a similar range from today.
Seoul's dropping to minus 2 degrees.
Daegu will be plus 3‚ Gwangju plus 2 and Busan 6 degrees.
Daejeon will be at zero.
Jeju remaining at 8‚ the warmest in the country.
Dokdo's climbing to 4 and Mt. Geumgang will be at minus 4 degrees.
Let's take a look at the weather around the globe
Tokyo should start out the day with partly cloudy skies in the morning‚ but mostly sunny conditions are expected later on in the day.
Beijing stays sunny and clear thanks to the high pressure‚ but the cold spell continues.
And it's a bright day in Bangkok‚ but with a lot of humidity.
Meanwhile‚ heavy rain clouds are affecting the southern Philippines.
More heavy downpours are expected in Singapore‚ Malaysia and into Indonesia.
In Australia showers in the north are moving southeastward into Sydney late Wednesday‚ but Melbourne should stay dry with partly cloudy skies.
Wellington's also dealing with a low pressure trough at the moment‚ so overcast skies and eventually rain on Thursday.
Let's head over to North America
Except for some light snow across parts of the Great Lakes‚ much of the northeastern US will stay nice and quiet with plenty of sunshine.
Out west more valley rain and mountain snow is expected in the Pacific Northwest.
While Southern California will enjoy sunny spells at around 16 degrees.
Into South America
There's a mix of showers and thunderstorms moving into Buenos Aires on Wednesday‚ so be prepared.
Santiago's staying dry as usual though‚ but more showers and plenty of clouds are in store for southeastern Brazil.
Now over to Europe
Moscow‚ you have overnight into early morning snow for Wednesday‚ then a dry rest of the day.
Berlin‚ you have a mix of rain and snow.
London and Paris are looking soggy as well.
And there's another round of persistent rain working its way into Spain tomorrow.
Lastly in Africa
Tripoli and Algiers will be returning to their typical sunshine on Wednesday‚ so enjoy.
Cairo's looking at mostly sunny skies as well‚ but there could be a mix of sun and cloud.
And down in Cape Town around 27 for the high with lots of sunshine.
