The 2015 Presidents Cup opened Wednesday in the city of Incheon here in Korea‚ and it was a tense day for the United States and the International Teams at the Nicklaus Golf Club Korea. The reason? The announcement of pairings for the five- Foursome matches that begin on Thursday. Team U.S. yielded the first pairing selection to the International Team‚ where Adam Scott and Hideki Matsuyama were chosen as the first tandem. The first U.S. team of Bubba Watson and J.B. Holmes will be competing against the duo. Four additional pairings were decided‚ but with the total matches reduced to 30‚ four candidates will sit out the first two days of competition.
