And it seems like some music enthusiasts have the same sentiment.
Here are a couple music festivals for you to enjoy this fall season.
Jazz music is perfect for the cool‚ fall weather.
And every year around this time‚ thousands of people flock to Jaraseom Island in Gyeonggi-do Province for the Jarasum International Jazz Festival.
Now in its 11th year‚ the festival has grown considerably in size.
This year's line up features over 530 artists from 41 different countries.
Jazz stars from around the world including The Yellowjackets and German jazz pianist Joachim Kuhn (yoh-ah-kim cue-oon) are set to take the stage this year.
The three-day event will be filled with world-class jazz acts performing late into the crisp autumn night.
Where pop ballad and modern rock meet‚ then comes Indie music for the perfect music party.
The 8th annual Grand Mint Festival is finally around the corner‚ with much in store for this year's line up.
Thousands gather on the fields of Olympic Park for the live music event‚ and this year‚ artist Cho Kyu-chan returns to Korea for the festival‚ along with Lee Sora‚ and other hot artists in the field.
The Grand Mint Festival has really been growing in terms of reputation here in Korea.
Tell us more about it.
Korea has no shortcomings when it comes to music festivals.
We have some of Asia's biggest music festivals here‚ ranging from electronic music‚ to house music.
This Grand Mint Festival is special because it encompasses different genres of music‚ that all kind of go hand in hand.
Also‚ some of the artists that come out are beloved by their fans.
The Grand Mint Festival is over a two-day period but they have multiple stages set up around Olympic Park.
So you can go from the gymnasium to the outdoor stage for a nice picnic.
It's more of a music experience.
Sounds like a fun event‚ but speaking from experience‚ I know the Jazz Festival is something many people look forward to. I myself happen have gone a few times‚ and it's always an enjoyable event.
This festival started in 2004 with only 30 jazz teams from 12 different countries‚ and according to their sources‚ the Jarasum Jazz Festival is now a significant jazz music event that attracts over 100-thousand spectators every year‚ 95 perfect of them returning from previous years.
So you can see why this event is very popular‚ and has a large fan base.
And it takes place on the Jaraseom Island‚ which even on regular days‚ is a very nice place to visit.
Yes‚ during other times of the year‚ people visit to go camping or check out the Ehwawon Garden‚ but hands down this is the biggest event the area will see all year.
So if you plan on going to either of these events‚ make sure you pack a snack and maybe a blanket as the performances go late into the night‚ and most of all‚ make sure sure to enjoy the music.
