Pyeongyang also said it will bring the families of the four North Koreans who decided to defect to the South‚ urging Seoul to come to the negotiating table with those North Korean citizens.
Seoul‚ meanwhile‚ intends to lay out the same plan to its northern counterpart on Tuesday‚ that is to return the 27 people and confirm the wishes of the four.
