Apple's newest device‚ the iPhone 4 is about to face allegations of fraud by concealment only one week after its release.
The US weekly magazine‚ Fortune says two customers in the state of Maryland have sued Apple over weakening call reception when the bottom left part of the handset is held for a length of time.
The plaintiffs asserted through petitions that Apple and AT&T iPhone's exclusive wireless carrier were aware of the defect but have concealed it from consumers intentionally.
The antenna configuration of the iPhone 4 has been a hot topic but it is unclear how many people have experienced technical difficulties.
