The bestseller "Namhansanseong" is a novel written by Kim Hoon.

Parting from the original novel‚ "Oh Dal-jae" takes on the leading role in the musical‚ as a passionate young man who fights to the very end for his nation.

During war you have to struggle for your own survival and the country's. My character Oh Dal-jae is a representation of that struggle. So apart from taking on the role‚ I practice thinking like him."
Musicals by nature are major productions‚ so you have to keep the audience happy with spectacular visuals.
This performance is special in that it delivers the pain and agony from a time long past‚ reinterpreting them into modern language and sensibility.
