In Bolivia.
The government there has announced plans to invest 1.1 BILLION US dollars into natural gas supplies by 2015.
With this increase in investment the government aims to raise its daily gas production from its current 40 MILLION cubic meters to 100 MILLION cubic meters.
The Bolivian state-run energy firm YPFB says it will cover some 700 MILLION dollars in investment funds while the rest will come from overseas companies like Brazil's Petrobras and Spain's Repsol-YPF .
Natural gas is Bolivia's main source of export revenue.
