Laurence Lesser despite his 70-plus years of age is still regarded by many as one of the greatest maestros in the field of the cello. Through out his life filled with successful concerts‚ Lesser a Harvard graduate who made his debut at the International Tchaikovsky contest in 1966 has enjoyed a multifaceted career as a concert artist‚ teacher‚ and arts administrator.
