Foreign ministers and chief delegates from 30 nations have gathered in Seoul for the SIXTH Asia Cooperation Dialogue.
Prior to the opening ceremony Tuesday‚ the foreign delegation on Monday will pay a collective courtesy call on President Roh Moohyun at the Presidential Office.
At this year's gathering‚ participants will discuss 19 cooperative projects‚ including those in Information Technology‚ energy and regional security.
The two-day meeting brings together nations from not only the Asian continent‚ but also Russia and Saudi Arabia.
On the sidelines of the ACD‚ Korea's Foreign Minister Song Minsoon will hold bilateral talks with his counterparts from Thailand‚ Brunei‚ Bangladesh‚ Bahrain‚ Pakistan among other nations.
