요약정보
It's a NO -- Scotland has voted to remain part of the United Kingdom in a historic vote.
With all ballots counted‚ the 'NO' camp won 55-percent of the votes‚ leading the nationalists by about 10-points.
Only four out of 32 districts‚.. including Glasgow‚ Scotland's largest city‚ voted YES but it wasn't enough to turn the cards.
British Prime Minister David Cameron said he was "delighted" that the UK will remain as one.
"We now have a chance‚ a great opportunity to change the way the British people are governed and change it for the better."
The prime minister promised to devolve more powers over tax‚ spending and welfare to the Scottish parliament.
So what does the vote mean for relations between Scotland and the UK?
(English‚ )
"Everyone hopes that things will revert to normal as it were -- with friendly relations after this‚ there are bound to be some resentments but one of the great concessions made for Scotland is more power over their finances‚ taxation‚ spending‚ welfare and so on. So long as that's delivered‚ which is by no means is certain‚ things should be fine."

IBTimes Political editor Nick Assinder said Scots‚ in a sense‚ get the best of both worlds‚ as nationalist leaders got one of their main demands for more power over state affairs.
He added although the 'YES' camp lost the independence vote‚ they've won a lot of extra powers they would have liked anyway.
