The self-made youth joins international journalists to regularly attend news conferences given by officials of the ruling National Transitional Council.
He wrote his first article in February this year.
When he posted it on the wall of a mosque‚ it was torn down by Gadhaffi loyalists.
From then on he was driven to publish his news articles and photographs.
So far there has been no funding for his news agency‚ but Malik is hoping to set up a permanent headquarters for it soon.
Even when he is busy with school work‚ his website continues to be updated around the clock‚ thanks to volunteers he recently recruited.
