It seems like yesterday when the boys got together to reminisce old times and display renewed camaraderie but all good things must come to an end.
Their performance in Munich‚ Germany will be their final gig.
Robbie Williams was at the German premiere of the animated film "Cars 2" for which he sang the theme tune.
He has been quite a trooper‚ making appearance for the film promo as well as working with his old band for the European tour despite suffering from shellfish poisoning and insomnia.
While thrilling dozens of screaming fans at the venue‚ Williams mentioned that the weird feeling of wrapping up the band's reunion tour will drive him to tears for sure.
The Dominique Strauss-Khan scandal is still very much ongoing.
And this time‚ the hotel maid who claims to have been sexually assaulted by Khan took a stance by making public appearances.
Nafissatou Diallo clearly has no second thoughts about fighting to regain her credibility.
Her supporters are happy to see her finally speaking out‚ so that her story can be heard.
Diallo first broke her silence by giving interviews to Newsweek and ABC News.
She also made an emotional public appeal at a press conference.
There‚ she asked people to believe her story and also thanked those who supported her since the case broke out.
Although there are rumors that she fabricated the assault‚ and Kahn still denies the sexual assault allegations‚ one thing is for certain.
Dominique Strauss-Kahn's reputation and credibility will never be the same again.
The holy month of Ramadan is only a few days away.
Over in Cairo‚ Egypt‚ shops selling traditional festive colored lanterns are adding some twist to their new models.
The new lantern designs are inspired by the recent revolution in the country.
Many patriots gave their lives during the uprising that toppled long-time dictator Hosni Mubarak.
And to salute their love for the country and also to remember their sacrifice‚ lanterns decorated with the Egyptian flag as well as writing dedicated to those who died for the freedom of their countrymen are being sold.
The tradition of hanging lanterns during Ramadan in Egypt started back in 959 AD.
The population came out to greet their conqueror with candlelit lanterns back then.
Today‚ these lanterns are lit to honor those who made sure the uprising was a success.
