But remember that it is still chilly in the early morning and in the evening. Again‚ your best bet will be to dress in light layers‚ so you can take off a layer when it gets warmer in the afternoon.
If we take a closer look at tomorrow's forecast Seoul will start off the morning at [negative 1] and reach [10] in the afternoon. Meanwhile‚ cities in the south like Daegu and Busan should respectively peak at [16] and [14] degrees.
