Hello‚ Kim Nuri with you… Temperatures are now moderating back to seasonal averages.. so you can expect daytime highs to rise above zero tomorrow. However‚ there is a high chance of light rain or snow for Seoul‚ Gyeonggi Province and parts of Gangwon Province during the afternoon‚ with mostly overcast conditions prevailing throughout the day. The southern regions will be relatively sunny.
Now here are your highs for Wednesday… Seoul will peak at up to 4 degrees Celsius.. Both Daegu and Gwangju will top out at 7… while Busan is forecast to reach 8 degrees.
Dajeon will be at 5… while Jeju will peak at 10. Dokdo will top out at 7…and Mt. Gumgang is expected to hit -2.
Now the weather around the world…
Despite being the middle of winter‚ Tokyo and Beijing are looking a lot warmer than Seoul with ample sunshine in the forecast….
Other parts of Asia are also looking nice and dry… but Manila will continue to get scattered thunderstorms tomorrow.
Down under…More sunshine's expected for Perth with rising mercury levels… while Melbourne and Sydney will see intervals of cloudiness.
Wellington over in New Zealand will see overcast conditions… and as for the rest of Southeast Asia‚ tropical wet conditions will continue.
Now in North America…Along with the snowy conditions‚ brisk winds will send overnight lows dropping to a freezing -19 degrees in Montreal….
Vancouver should expect more rain… while sunshine's in store for Chicago after some morning clouds. Watch out for gusty winds if you're in New York or Washington….
but LA and Mexico City can expect fair and calm weather conditions.
In South America…While the Southern regions remain nice and dry… another round of scattered thunderstorms are in the picture for Rio De Janeiro and Sao Paulo.
Bogota and Lima will see partly cloudy skies again.
On to Europe…Morning snow showers are headed for Moscow accompanied by some cold winds… but London's clearing out tomorrow with lots of sunshine….
Berlin will see a mix of sun and clouds… while afternoon showers are in store for Paris tomorrow. Rome and Madrid will stay nice and sunny.
Finally in Africa…It looks like wet conditions will continue for Algiers….
while Tripoli and Dakar will remain mostly overcast. Other regions however‚ will get plenty of sunshine and mild weather.
