Hi I'm Yang Un-jung with your weather forecast.
I have good news for you‚ on Wednesday conditions should dry up fairly nicely across the country.
This means typhoon Malou is finished with the Korean Peninsula.
We've been persistently wet for more than a month now‚ and in fact‚ we do have another round of rain in our forecast for this weekend.
But at least we'll get to stay dry tomorrow and possibly on Thursday‚ so get out there and enjoy the weather while you can.
Here are your highs for Wednesday.
Our nation's capital Seoul will top out at 29 degrees along with Gwangju.
Daegu at 28‚ while Busan will be slightly cooler at 27.
Daejeon and Jeju will both hit 28 degrees.
Dokdo‚ meanwhile‚ should dip another degree to 25‚ while Mt. Geumgang will be at 18 degrees.
Moving on to the international weather forecast.
Downgraded to a tropical storm‚ Malou‚ is heading towards the western parts of Japan and it looks like Honshu will get the worst of it so very wet and windy weather's expected there through the course of Wednesday.
Meanwhile low pressure's bringing more showers into eastern China and if you move further south there are lots of heavy showers around Hong Kong all the way down to Thailand.
Port Moresby will be getting a break on Wednesday‚ so expect partly cloudy skies there.
Down under in Sydney can expect the same‚ while Melbourne will be looking at some light rain.
Late evening rain again for Wellington with highs around 12 degrees.
Heading over to North America
Temperature wise more summer-like weather is in store across the northeast‚ your highs are still in the 30s in New York and Washington D.C.
But‚ elsewhere temperatures are dropping below the seasonal average
23 in Chicago and 19 degrees for Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Down in South America
Santiago will have partly cloudy skies tomorrow but for Buenos Aires conditions are still looking bright.
The heavy string of showers is almost finished with Brazil so Sao Paulo can stay dry‚ whereas Rio De Janeiro will experience some of the lingering showers.
Moscow‚ you have a lot of sunshine in your Wednesday's forecastwith a high of 16 degrees.
In contrast London and Berlin will be dealing with more heavy downpours.
For Rome and Madrid in the far south beautiful weather is in store with temperatures in the upper 20s.
Lastly in Africa
Dakar will see a mix of rain‚ clouds‚ and thunder activity with some glimpses of sunshine in between.
The rain activity in Addis Ababa may be increasing‚ as well.
However Cape Town will keep its sunny skies at around 20 degrees.
